A new Wal-Mart supercenter, one of ten of the company’s newest design concepts nationwide, just opened one half mile north of the mall, joined by Garden Ridge, a completely new entrant in the Indianapolis market.  These very recent developments, along with the 2007 openings of a Goodwill flagship store, a Starbucks, and a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut combination, will not only attract more shoppers to the property, but also show strong investment and potential for business success in the market.
